Parsnip is a root vegetable that looks like a carrot. Sweet and similar. The skin is white to pale yellow. It is rich in vitamin C. Parsippines can be cooked in a variety of flavors. And a little sweet. And usually found in most stew. I will eat only one. Or to mix it with carrots or other vegetables.
